The majority of synthetic lashes are comprised of plastic or polyester fiber, and can only be worn a handful of times (think 3-4 applications). The benefit of synthetic is that these lashes are typically inexpensive, but the three major downsides are that they can be irritating to the eyes, they are relatively heavy, and they look unnatural. Natural hair is more realistic, durable, and affordable, but they still are not as high quality as the mink eyelashes.
Because mink is 100% real fur, it provides lustrous, natural shine and is more lightweight, more flexible, and more durable. These lashes can be worn up to 25 times, and each lash has a shape that mimics your own, so they are virtually indistinguishable. They can even be curled like your natural lashes and taper at the ends for the ultimate and authentic look. No other product compares to mink.
For the novice, we recommend practicing with a set of cheap synthetics. Once you are confident with your handiwork, you should be ready for the real deal. On average, the entire process of applying Sali lashes takes less than five minutes, but like anything in life, practice makes perfect!

Because allergic reactions most often occur in response to glue ingredients, we offer you the benefit of selecting your glue preference for the application. Our users have had great success with Duo Glue; however, it is always best to do a skin patch test before applying it for the first time.

Our lashes are reusable, and the more gentle you are with them, the longer they will last! Take care when removing them from your eye after wearing, and try not to place mascara on the Sali Lashes. Mascara will create buildup and shorten the life of your lashes.
Our Lashes Mink Collection is 100% natural mink fur that has been gently brushed from live mink and sterilized for hypoallergenic reasons. We do care very much for these beautiful animals. Therefore, we want to be clear that no harm has been made to them. Unlike synthetic lashes, our 100% natural mink Lashes are free from chemical processing and dies that allow for an extremely soft, lightweight, and natural look.
The mink fur has not been chemically processed or dyed, so the color is a natural dark brown to black. Some people who want synthetic lashes may be concerned that the color of synthetic lashes will be too harsh for their natural complexion, but because mink fur is a natural color, Sali Lashes are suitable for everyone!
Try wetting a Q-tip with water or oil-free makeup remover (not alcohol) to dab over the band before removing your false lashes.
This should also help loosen the glue.
