We are committed to offering our customers high-quality lashes and service. Given that eyelashes are considered a personal product, for sanitary reasons, there are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged product, please complete the form with the subject line “Damaged Shipment” please include a photograph of the damaged lashes.
We will investigate the matter, and if we find that the product is damaged or defective (through no fault of the customer), we will issue a replacement.
