Return Policy

We are committed to offering our customers high-quality lashes and service. Given that eyelashes are considered a personal product, for sanitary reasons, there are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged product, please write to sali@salilashes.com with the subject line “Damaged Shipment” please include your order # and a photograph of the damaged lashes.

We will investigate the matter, and if we find that the product is damaged or defective (through no fault of the customer), we will issue a replacement.

Only Lashes purchased from Sali Cosmetics will be evaluated for replacement if damaged

SHIPPING

Orders placed between Monday and Thursday will be sent out within 24 hours. For any orders placed between Friday and Sunday, these will ship out on the next following business Monday.

All orders will ship via standard mail. Shipping times can vary greatly on location, but following is an approximate breakdown.

  • Domestic orders (Canada): 3-5 business days
  • International orders (United States): 4-10 business days
  • International orders (elsewhere): 10-20 business days

Please email sali@salilashes.com with the subject line “Missing Shipment” if you have not received within 30 days. Please make sure to include the order number. The order number is in the order confirmation email.
